Verifying
The MySAU Portal is now accessible for users inside AND outside of the SAU Network. Along with that portal access, full email and Blackboard access is now available. SAU and Merit team members will continue to monitor the network.

Email is now accessible inside AND outside of the SAU network on mobile devices and at http://outlook.office365.com. Login with your SAU email address and your SAU password.

Blackboard is now accessible everywhere by going to https://sauonline.arbor.edu. Enter your username ONLY and your SAU account password.

For users on the SAU network (dorms, offices, etc) the portal is now accessible at https://mysau3.arbor.edu. From the portal, you can access email, Blackboard, PebblePad, and Box.

The Merit Support Center is investigating certificate errors that are preventing access to email. Blackboard Support has been contacted about problems logging into Blackboard.

The MySAU portal and Blackboard are not allowing users to log in. Some users are experiencing problems accessing email. The team Continues to work on restoring services.

Update
Due to the firewall migration issues, any assignments for Online courses in Online programs that were due starting at 5 pm on Thursday Feb 17 will now be due on Monday, February 20.

Faculty are encouraged to communicate this to their students and students should not be penalized.

Phone calls can now be sent and received between SAU campus phones and external phone numbers.

Users on main campus and send and receive email to all email addresses.

Users off main campus can send and receive email to all email addresses if they are using either the Outlook program installed on their computer or a mail app on a mobile device.

The work to migrate our firewall to Merit Networks is still underway. SAU Team Members and Merit Staff have worked through the night and continue their work in Dietzman Hall.

For users on the SAU network, phone calls can be made to other extensions and the MySAU portal, email, and Blackboard are accessible.

For users NOT on the SAU network, phone calls cannot be made to SAU phone numbers and the MySAU portal, email, and Blackboard are not accessible.
